Larry M. Leith is a professor in the Department of Physical and Health Education at the University of Toronto. He holds a cross-appointment with the Department of Behavioral Sciences in the Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Leith teaches undergraduate courses in sport psychology, health psychology, and sports administration. At the graduate level, he has designed and implemented a course entitled Exercise Psychology, utilizing many of the principles covered in his book, Foundations of Mental Health. He has presented and published over 100 articles dealing with health psychology, sport psychology, and other areas of human behavior. He and his wife Nancy reside in Guelph, Ontario. | |
